Description:

This swap is for anyone who likes trinkets, needs motivation to meet their goals, and wants to be involved in a more extensive/labor intensive swap.

You will have all of August (31 days) to complete this swap. Please DO NOT sign up for this swap if you are skeptical regarding whether or not you will have the time to fulfill your commitment. A month seems like a long time, but this swap should be worked on daily so that there's no end of the month panic/crunch when time has run out.

So, what the swap is ... !
I have multiple goals I want to meet, and sometimes, the motivation isn't always easy to maintain of my own volition; I do MUCH better when I know that I have a reward waiting for me at the end of the road and someone cheering me on along the way. This swap is all about motivating our partners via reward :D

In a creative fashion (mason jar, trinket box, pocket letter, multiple, pretty envelopes, etc...) you will place one item aside for your partner every other day. This could be a card of washi samples, a button, stickers, a postcard, something handmade, ribbon, tea ... anything really as long as it's clean, in good condition, etc. The items can be profile based, but it's not required. However, do NOT send someone something that they indicate that they do NOT like and do NOT want to receive. If an item you include needs an explanation, be sure to include it. For example, "I'm sending you this black button because black represents power and strength." So on and so forth.

FIFTEEN of the total included items should be motivational quotes or personal notes of encouragement.

SO, at the end of this swap, you will be sending and receiving 15 motivational quotes/notes and 16 other/miscellaneous items. Recipients can either look at ALL of their quotes and items upon receipt OR they can remove one daily until their package is empty.

This swap is USA only (for now) due to shipping. Also, you must have a 4.99 rating, no unexplained 1s or 3s, and no 1s and 3s within the last month. Have a well filled out profile also. I WILL be checking. Depending on how this goes, I may host this on a monthly basis.

It is IMPERATIVE that everyone who signs up for this follows through and sends their package as this swap will not be the easiest to angel!

Message me with any questions or needs for clarification. Let's have fun, be creative, and stay motivated :)

I would love to try my hand at a pocket letter for this, but I've never made one before. I'm wondering how I would have enough pockets for all 30 days? Or do I have to make multiple pocket letters? Help !

@Kraftylady777 I've never made one either :) It's really up to you and your creative process :) You can make more than one pocket letter, you can make a pocket letter for the quotes/notes only and put the other items in the box another way, etc. As long as everything is there, and it's not just thrown together, it's within the guidelines.

So, just to clarify, you would send 15 envelopes with quotes or motivational sayings on them, one in each envie. And you would also send 15 envies with a reward in them? For a total of 31 envelopes, that could be mailed all together as one package? Please send me a pm with the answer, thanks! pobuffy

Oops! That would be 16 envies with a reward in them.

I PM'd this message, but I am also leaving it here for anyone else who would like clarification:

Hi! You could send 16 envelopes if you wanted to . . . or 1 envie for the quotes and 1 for the other goodies if they fit. Whatever is a creative and aesthetically pleasing means of collecting and putting everything together without throwing a bunch of loose items in a box or a mailer. :D
