Description:

Everyone loves fabric - and if it's interesting fabric they'll love it even more !

Here's to a fun fabric swap where the fabric can either represent the style or the mood of the country it is coming from. It could also be a fun print or something really out of the box ! It could also be a designer print collection for all you know. It is completely your choice. It is however always nice to read the recipients profile to understand his/her likes or dislikes.

Here are some points to take care of :

Fabric Type : 100% Cotton

Fabric Width : Minimum 44 inches (it can even be more than that)

Fabric Condition : Brand New

Fabric Quality : Color Fast and Good Thread Count

Fabric Design : Printed / Self Woven / Embroidered etc

DO NOTS :

Please send a full yard which is 36 inches length

Please do not send vintage or old or used fabrics.

They should not be smelly damp or having stains.

ALL FABRICS SHOULD BE COLOR FAST which means the color should not run on washing

PLEASE DO NOT SEND SOLID COLORED PLAIN FABRICS

Rate a 5 if you receive a full yard of fabric which is 36 inches long and a minimum of 44 inches wide in pure cotton and in brand new condition . Rate a 5, even if you don't like it!! You are NOT rating on the design of the fabric or whether or not you like it. Since this is a "senders choice" swap, your partner is not required to read your profile first.

Please note: All fabrics must be sealed in a plastic sleeve / cover before being put in the final envelope to protect it from getting soiled. All packages must include your name and swapbot user ID on a separate paper for quick identification.

As a friendly suggestion - it would be great if the packages include a little note or a letter for the recipient. It would just make this swap more friendly and warm :)

Who can or cannot participate: no "one" or unexplained "three" ratings within the last 6 months.

Feel free to get in touch with me incase you have any questions.

This should really be a Type 3 swap, as I'm sure these will be packages. Flat mail is for a few pieces of paper in an envie. :)

Would like to do this one and I have a lot of fabric. Trouble is, I can guess pretty well if it is cotton, colorfast, maybe, but can't guarantee either of those so won't be doing these.
