Do you always wish you had just a few (a ton) more?

Then this is the swap for you!

  • 2 partners
  • 25 samples of 12 inches (30 cm)
  • note (or letter/card that's up to you) with swap name and your nick
  • decorate the envelope with washi/stickers - make it pretty! :)

  • only washi/masking tape allowed. No plastic. It should tear easily by hand.

  • no repeats!
  • no solids!

Playing cards are the perfect storage for washi samples!
Wrap the card in clear packaging tape, measure it, do the math and wrap washi around the card straigh from the roll. Easy peasy...

Alternatively you can use a sturdy piece of cardstock wrapped in clear packaging tape.

Does anyone know any ways to package washi samples to save on postage? Thank you.

JustMeCreating 02/ 8/2016 #

Irishp I don't know how postage is counted where you're at. In Denmark it just goes by weight, size and bulk doesn't matter. But I see a lot of talk about keeping it flat. If that is the case for you, you could wrap the samples around playing cards and tape them to a piece of cardstock. Hope that helps! :)
