Description:

This is a BIG QUICK WASHI SWAP for all of us washi lovers out there!

--- edited : Sorry Guys, I assigned late, so I've added 3 days to the send-by date! -------

You will have two (2) partners and will send them 12 different washi samples each. Two (only 2) of the samples may be a solid color. Please use a variety of widths, if you have them. If you have only skinny width, please include 4 extras. EACH sample must be at least 16 inches (41 cm) long.

Please washi only - the rice paper type that is a little tranlucent and sticks nicely, NOT the thick paper type from the dollar store, NOT the weird glitter type, NOT the plasticky deco type. Those are all fun, and there are swaps for them, but this is not it.

I suggest wrapping your tape around slick or plastic coated playing cards (many are made of plastic now) or covering a card of some kind in slick packing tape (so that the washi comes off easily). 4 samples each on 3 cards makes 12 samples for EACH partner.

This is a bunch of washi! A great way to share your supply and add to your variety!

This will be fairly quick turn around, don't dally in wrapping your tape, we all want to see what our partners are sending! It's sender's choice, so go ahead and get prepped ahead of time. Just make sure all 12 are different patterns!

Because this is quite a bit of washi, only members with 10 type 3 ratings AND 20 type 2 ratings will be allowed to join. Sorry newbies - but you won't be new for long! be rated 4.95 with no recent unexplained 1s or 3s. Please have a well filled out profile, just so we know you tried. I reserve the right to remove anyone from the swap.

Add a little notecard or postcard or letter sheet with a note, your swapper ID, and the swap name. Any extras are up to you.

If you receive 12 different washi tapes meeting the above descriptions, mark a 5! Remember this is sender's choice. Hearts are up to you.

(sorry about all the rules, It's just much more fair if we are ALL on the same page!!)
