Please answer the following questions. You may skip any ONE question as long as you describe why you want to skip it. SNAIL MAIL your partner the answers.

Please type or write legibly. Add a bit of decoration to your paper. Simple like washi, cute doodles or stickers or write on nice paper.

Complete answers are required. Do not leave one or two word answers (a couple like that are ok but most should be complete sentences or maybe even a couple sentences or more).

'Last year' refers to 2016 and 'next year' refers to 2017.

End of year questions (sorry the numbers disappeared when I copied and pasted it from the other version.)

What did you do in 2016 that you had not done before?

Did you keep your New Year's Resolutions/goals for the year and will you make/set more for next year?
What are the goals? What are your new ones?

Did anyone you know give birth? Or become pregnant?

Did anyone you know die? Or have a serious illness?

What places have you visited?

What would you like to have in 2017 that you lacked in 2016 (doesn't have to be a physical thing)?

What date from 2016 will remain etched in your memory and why?

What was your biggest achievement this year?

Did you get sick or injured? How about your family?

What was the best thing you bought?

Where did most of your disposable income go (money leftover after you pay for food, transportation and shelter)?

What song will always remind you of 2016?

What do you wish you would have done more of?

What do you wish you would have done less of?

What was your favorite new TV program? Movie? Album/Songs? Or if you didn't pick up any new ones, what are you still watching/listening to?.

What was the best book you read this year?
 How many did you read?

What did you do on your birthday and how old were you? Did you feel differently?

What political or social issue stirred you the most?

Who was the most interesting new person you met?

What changed at your job?

What changed in your home?

Describe how a relationship changed.

Do you think you are still the same person that you were at the beginning of the year?

Summarize the year in three words or less. Bonus points for doing it in one word. Explain.

How have people around you changed?

What have you learned throughout the year? (Other than crafts)

What was your favourite outfit for warm weather? Cooler weather?

Did you learn any new crafts or techniques? What was your favourite thing you made?

What changed about your physical appearance? (Hair? Wrinkles? New makeup style? Etc)

What are your hopes and dreams for the new year?

I know it's a busy time of year so I made it due after the holidays. Maybe you can work on it while waiting in lines! And if anything changes you can fix it after the holidays. :)

I will be more lenient about allowing newbies and those with bad ratings. Newbies must have well-filled out profiles with a minimum of 4 sections or paragraphs. I will angel after you contact your partner (or try to) at least twice, receive no or a negative answer and rate a 1. If you were already my partner, I'll pass along someone else's answers.

Full disclosure. I found the first 20 of these online with no credited source. I modified some and authored the last 10 myself. I'd give credit and/or ask for permission if I knew who to ask!

Can answers be typed, or should they be written? Thank you! :)

Anything legible is acceptable. But please make sure your writing is neat!

May we use a greeting card in addition to pretty stationery?
