Description:

civ·ics (siviks) - noun: the study of the rights and duties of citizenship.

Given recent events, I've been feeling motivated to get more engaged as a citizen. It takes some effort, sure (day-to-day life seems much more pressing), but that doesn't make it any less important.

For this sway, you'll create a zine around the idea of civics and civic engagement, then make copies to send to each of three partners. This is an international swap - it'll be cool to get a perspective from outside the US, if it works out. The zine should be informational (i.e. a "lesson"), but feel free to bring your creativity into it as well!

Some ideas include: Bill of rights (freedom of speech, of protest, of press, etc.)... Quotes from historical leaders... Historical civic movements... Excerpts from key historical documents... The importance of voting... How to contact your representatives... How to spot fake news... The value of volunteerism

The main motive of civics lesson zine is to study the rights and duties of citizenship and this is the best way to engage citizens to make efforts. This kind of study gives a platform for citizens to propose their ideas and bills of rights and how to volunteer for good things. Freedom of speech is important and this is the best time to grab https://faze.ca/tips-composing-research-paper/ and skies the limits and do something great for your nation.
