I've read the information given on the page of the link, but I'm still not sure if I start a Pass & Paste PC with 4 empty slots or am I supposed to fill the first slot on my own postcard myself?

You fill the first square.

Thank you for hosting this swap. When I started these, I had no idea we would do so many!

I don't understand how the PC can be sent naked in the end ... Because it is in 4 parts, isn't it? If you glue it on a piece of board the information on the back will be gone? Or do I misunderstand something in the protocol?

You don't cut the postcard in 4 pieces, just draw a few lines to create 4 parts where each participant creates their art.

Somewhere along the line, I managed to change the location settings on this series from Regional -US to International. No one complained, so it was not corrected. If this is keeping any US swappers from joining, I will be happy to host a Regional -US version, otherwise I'm going to leave it international. This means that you no longer need to put postage on your PC when it is created, though. If sending home an international PC is a burden for anyone that joined believing it to be a Regional -US series, I would be happy to send you an international stamp, or you can forward to me to finish the last square and send home, or you finish it, send it to me and I will put postage on it and send it home... message me if its a problem, we can figure it out.
