What do you mean by New or Used postage stamps? Ok, used are like the ones taken off of mail you have received that have a cancellation mark. It is the NEW that confuses me. Do you mean like an un-used and can still be used stamp? Sorry for being ignorant.

@prpldy hi! Used meaning it's already have the cancellation mark. New meaning it's not used at all. And can still be used . :]
