I love my state (postcard swap)
Swap Coordinator:brandigirl72 (contact)
Swap categories: Paper Goods  Miscellaneous  Letters & Writing
Number of people in swap:100
Location:Other
Type:None
Last day to signup/drop:March 12, 2007
Date items must be sent by:March 16, 2007
Number of swap partners:2
Description:

This will be a easy swap as all you need to do is buy 2 postcards from your state and mail to your two swap partners!

On the backside put the reason why you love the state you live in. What is your state famous for? What is the state bird, flower, main tourist attraction? etc...

International is always welcome as this is a cheap way of traveling without packing!

New members are welcome but must have your profile filled out. Must have at rating of at least a 4. If you have more than one no send, please contact me to discuss. I also reserve the right to ban anyone I feel is not reliable.

Please read the "comments" as some of our swappers would like them "postmarked" and "weathered" others would like you to use an envelope.

Keep in mind that the 'due date' is the date by which your envelope must be postmarked, not the date they must be received by.

Please write I love my state pc swap on the cards before you send them out!

FYI: IF your mailing from the USA to within the USA the cost of mailing is 24 cents. From the USA to Canada or Mexico the cost is 55 cents and anywhere out side of that "FROM the USA" is 75 cents. Now remember this is for a normal size and weight postcard, if a postcard is larger than 4"x6" then it must be mailed letter-rate which is 39 cents within the US. Please make sure to use the correct postage.

Please allow up to two weeks after this has closed to rate your partner if they are outside of your mailing area (country)

Contact me if you have any questions. Thanks for signing up!

I prefer my postcards to be written on, stamped and postmarked. Thanks!!

user5957 03/ 5/2007 #

I would like to have my cards used also. I enjoy hearing about different places.

zanylady 03/ 5/2007 #

I'd like my postcards used! If you live outside USA and I don't get your name, and you want an extra postcard, let me know!

materialmama 03/ 5/2007 #

I'd love to participate! I also love postcards to be written on, stamped and postmarked. Thanks so much from a newbie swap botter!

LaDolceVita 03/ 5/2007 #

I would like my postcard postmarked and written on! Thanks!

scowlette 03/ 5/2007 #

i don't like my state. can i write that on the card?

brandigirl72 03/ 5/2007 #

lol...I guess you could do that and you could say why you don't like it, but also include some facts maybe something like What is the state bird, flower, main tourist attraction? etc...

user2109 03/ 5/2007 #

I would like my postcard postmarked and written on too, thanks!

YS 03/ 5/2007 #

Yes I would like my postcard to be written on, stamped and postmarked too That's where all the fun from hehe

user5987 03/ 6/2007 #

I would like my postcard written and stamped and postmarked. My daughter collects stamps so if you have an interesting stamp, that would be great. If not, no problem. :)

beccabags 03/ 6/2007 #

I like postcard that are written on, stamped, and postmarked also, -- that's the fun part!

CajunLady 03/ 6/2007 #

I would like mine written on and postmarked also.

Aylanah 03/ 7/2007 #

I would love mine to be written on and postmarked as well. :)

dandelion 03/ 7/2007 #

Please send mine without an envelope, too. Love the weathered look-thanks!

monstermansmum05 03/ 8/2007 #

Hi:) I would like mine to be written on and postmarked. I think it's better that way:) Thanks:)

user6826 03/ 8/2007 #

I would like mine written on and postmarked also thank you

lilylemon 03/ 9/2007 #

You know, I wonder about accomodating requests from swappers who want them in an envelope. If that's what they want, maybe they shouldn't be in a postcard swap.

Also, since postcards aren't sold with an envelope, you'd have to buy one or use one you have (if it's from a matched set, you'd then have no envelpoe for your card)resulting in extra cost or extra inconvenience.

I see that everyone here so far wants a real postcard but I wish swap coordinators would clarify that such a request may or may not be honored. I'd hate to get a bad rating because a partner requested an "extra" like that. Just my two cents! :)

user5526 03/ 9/2007 #

I definitely want mine written on and postmarked too - thanks!!

brandigirl72 03/ 9/2007 #

Hi Lily,

I see what you are saying and I understand where your coming from. I know that there are two kinds of postcard collectors; ones that like theirs stamped and written on and ones that collect blank postcards. So for this swap I thought I would open it to both kinds of postcard collectors and included the note that if they had a preferrance they should jot it down and that everyone should please read the notes before they send their cards out. This is my first swap and if we run into problems I will change it next time. Thanks for your thoughts...Brandi

Craftlover10101 03/ 9/2007 #

I am new and love seeing other states and their information. I also would like mine used. Can we add stickers? if there is blank space? or little drawings? I'm not saying I would do this but just thought I'd ask. And the way you are running the swap brandi sounds fine to me.

lilylemon 03/10/2007 #

Thanks, Brandi! I haven't written on them yet so that I can try to accomadate a request for a blank but it's just not as fun. Also, if we have to send a blank in an envelope, would we need to write the information on a separate sheet of paper or notecard? Also, then you'd spend .39 to send it (domestic) instead of .24. I just also think if someone is sending you a swap, you should be hapopy to get it and not put too many demands on your partner. I've also seen requests klike, "Put cute stamps on mine, not the boring flag stamp." Well, in some cases (especially at the really small p.o. I sometimes mail from), they don't have a huge variety of cute stamps.Again, just thinking through this and it seems to apply to other swaps I've been in-- not so much this one.

moodytuner 03/10/2007 #

I like mine stamped, written on, weathered and all that. However the post office gets it to me is fine by me.

colorsandshapes 03/10/2007 #

Please send mine written, stamped, postmarked. I love unusual stamps but if not that's o.k. too. I love to travel and this sounds like the next best thing! thanks

em 03/10/2007 #

1)I don't want my cards sent to me in an envelope and I don't care what kind of stamp is on it, just as long as the postage is sufficient. :)

2)And just as a reminder, if a card is larger than 4x6, it must have a first class letter stamp on it (domestic OR international). I've had to pay postage due on postcards that were under-stamped.

3)I hate to make a request, but if you could put the name of the swap somewhere on the postcard, it's a lot easier for me to keep track of where it came from. I want to be able to give the sender their positive rating when it comes time.

lastslade 03/10/2007 #

please make sure that everyone that swaps is from another state, thanks!

PostMuse 03/10/2007 #

I like my postcards weathered, no envelope, please!

And scowlette, I love your comment about not liking your state. I am not particularly fond of the state where I currently live, either, though it does have some glorious nature so I'll focus on that. If you get me, I'd love to know why you don't like Michigan.

lastslade... the swap host has absolutely no control over the partner process. A computer does the matching so you could get someone from your own state.

brandigirl72 03/10/2007 #

This is my 1st swap that I am hosting. I heard the host picks the partner then I have been told no the computer does it for you but if I get to pick the partners then I will make sure you get a partner from a different state.

Aerochik 03/10/2007 #

I would like my postcard postmarked and written on too, thanks! I love seeing and reading things about other places, especially those I've never been to, which is many, lol!!!

sara0811 03/11/2007 #

Postmarked is just fine for me, too.

mnsqb 03/11/2007 #

I'd like my postcard written on and postmarked too. Just as a reminder, please remember to sign the postcard so that I know who I received it from. One of my last swap partners forgoty and now I'm waiting to try to find out who sent me the really nice postcard. Thanks

lilylemon 03/11/2007 #

Brandi -- You do not get to pick partners. You do get to look over the list and ban any "bad" swappers before clicking the "assign partners" option. Some people are under the impression that this means you are pairing people up but swap-bot does it for you.

1Tuna 03/11/2007 #

Hi everyone,I would like my postcards written on and postmarked.I would like them from a different state than CT.

user6670 03/11/2007 #

Go ahead and write on mine.

gem 03/12/2007 #

Written on, stamped and mailed, please - NO ENVELEOPES! Thanks :D

~ gem ~

gem 03/12/2007 #

PS to Scowlette: My state is nice but I don't like the city I live in (main reason I dig this PC swap over the last one I was in which was "your town" - bleugrgh) - I have a nice little black 'n red pin clipped to my purse that reads: "I hate this town" ... so I feel ya ;)

brandigirl72 03/12/2007 #

Swap is ending soon. Just want to remind everyone that the cards should be mailed by March 16th which is this coming Friday.

Thanks!!

sweetsugartree 03/12/2007 #

i like postcards stamped and written on :)

Artistic 03/12/2007 #

Stamped with a note from my partners, please! I love postcards!

niecedenise 03/13/2007 #

I'm ready for my partners!

lilylemon 03/13/2007 #

Since there's a delay in partner assignments, I'm going to pre-write my postcards. Since no-one has stated a preference for postcards sent in envelopes, I'm going to go ahead and write on the postcards. I hope that's okay.

BTW, Brandi, swap-bot won't assign until you click "assign partners now."

Tuna Man -- swap-bot randomly assigns partners. It won't look at requests like assigning a partner from a different state. However, there's a good chance your partners won't be from CT! :)

mnsqb 03/13/2007 #

It appears we're all waiting for our partners.

niecedenise 03/13/2007 #

got em, and they are in the mail!!!!

Craftlover10101 03/13/2007 #

Hi, I sent mine off. It was 2 cards, one to each partner right? Or was it two to each partner? lol I bought more just incase lol. Anyway they are on their way and if I have to send more I will. Hugs

Sara,

I received the beautiful postcard from Vermont today. What a great picture! It looks like the kind of place I wouldn't mind living (and I can relate to the comment about New Jersey. I lived there for a year many years ago). Thank you much!

birdbeth 03/16/2007 #

My cards went out to melanie in Australia and Dali in the Netherlands today! I hope they don't take too long to arrive!

lilylemon 03/18/2007 #

I received a card from Texas from someone who signed it with "J" or maybe "T." Sorry I can't thank you properly but someone out there in Texas -- I got your card! Can people at least put their swap-bot name if they're not willing to reveal real name? Thanks!

lilylemon 03/19/2007 #

Okay! Got the info! Thanks to onechordwonder for the Texas postcard!

PostMuse 03/19/2007 #

Lovely, lovely view of Currituck Beach Light in NC from Wilma. And such neat handwriting!

And from lori eb... two cards! A very cool view of Hollywood, cleverly altered with stickers, and a big mapcard of CA. I collect mapcards, so the later is heading to my CA altered book. And the former makes me think lori eb would love postcardx.net :-)

Thank you both very, very much!

Please keep in mind alot of the postcards are coming from overseas.

scrapbookingmom -- I have yet to receive your postcard. Is it on the way?

I haven't received any postcards nor seen any postings from those I sent out. If your my partner either way, help a sister out and let me know whats what.

suzylucie 03/23/2007 #

I haven't received any postcards nor seen any postings from those I sent out. If your my partner either way, help a sister out and let me know whats what.

brandigirl72 03/23/2007 #

Looks like there are 5 people who haven't mailed postcards out yet. I have sent all 5 of them messages asking them to mail them out. I will let you know if I hear from any of them.

PostMuse 03/23/2007 #

I heard from a partner in another swap that she just got frustrated with trying to get onto the site to click the "sent" button, and didn't bother for a few days after the deadline, even though her stuff had long been sent (I got something and commented that it still said "not sent" in the list). I wonder how many people are just getting frustrated with the time down and that's part of the reason for late sends... they just can't get on the site when they need to to get addresses? I always copy out my partners' addresses to my address book on my hard drive the second the partners become available, but I'm weird :-)

Artistic 03/23/2007 #

Kimmie: Your postcard from N.D. arrived today. Those floral arrangements are cool.

ladydy5 03/24/2007 #

Received postcard from Melanie of Ontario, Thank you Beautiful weather here in Tennessee also. Guess all the rvers from Canada to Florida will be coming back home. They usually stop off in Gatlinburg area first.

Katie 03/24/2007 #

Ummm....I'm a little confused!! I went on to rate my partners (niecedenise ~ just got your card yesterday, thanks!!) and I hadn't received anything yet from andrea carrasco. So I went to check out her profile, and there was nothing there but a blank rating and the link to contact her. Is something wrong with the site, or does this mean that she flaked and deleted her profile? Usually when someone deletes their profile, it says that and you can't contact them. Is this new?

PostMuse 03/24/2007 #

It just means she didn't fill out a profile and hasn't participated in a swap that has ratings yet. She may be a flaker, but I wouldn't assume so quite yet.

sara0811 03/24/2007 #

One of the persons I was supposed to receive from is still marked unsent. I rated accordingly but will change it if there are some circumstances. It is the person with the swap-bot name of Love Anatomy. Maybe she just forgot about the swap????

colorsandshapes 03/24/2007 #

I have received both of my cards...(I've thanked both people)but have not heard from the people I sent to...Joanna Friedland and Craftbrown, I sent your cards out 3/14. Hope you received them. E.

Katie 03/25/2007 #

Okay.......as soon as I logged off and checked my mail yesterday, there was my postcard from andrea carrasco! So, she is legitimate, and she sent a really nice card with a long message! I had just never encountered an empty profile before!!

marieke 03/25/2007 #

Moon Asanti, thank you for you very nice card, it was very nice to see all these beautiful places in michigan, and fun to see a place called holland with a mill.

lastslade 03/25/2007 #

I still haven't received one of my postcards either. I will rate her as a no send since she is noted as a not sent on list. Can I change the rating if I do get one from her?

lastslade 03/25/2007 #

I just rated my no show partner and it said I rated her in 1999(the year- how weird!)

PostMuse 03/25/2007 #

A partner I rated on purple postcards came up with a 1999 date, too. Very weird... we hopped into a Swap-Bot DeLorean :-)

Craftlover10101 03/25/2007 #

lastslade-Thank you for my very first rating!!!

Also does anyone know why it shows the date as being 1999 lol

And I want to especially thank Brandiredding72 the owner of the swap. She was kind enough to send extra post cards.

My other original partner didn't send anything so I guess that is part of the swap bot life eh.

Thank you all it was fun!!!!!

birdbeth 03/25/2007 #

wow i just was rated a 1! that's the first time that has happened. i really did mail it from indiana to australia on the send by date which was only about a week ago! it has upset me. (mine also said it was rated in 1999.) i think that waiting only a week to rate is too short a time. i had a perfect 5 and now i don't. she didn't even inform me that she hadn't received, just a 1.

birdbeth 03/25/2007 #

ps i haven't received either of my post cards yet but i wouldn't even think of rating yet. sorry if i'm going on about this but it has really upset me.

Craftlover10101 03/25/2007 #

Hi Birdbeth, I understand where you are coming from. They should atleast email you especially if yours says sent. And that it is going so far. But with the person that didn't send mine, hers say's NOT SENT in the complete list of swap partners.

birdbeth 03/25/2007 #

the person who rated me has taken it back for now and will give it a few more days, thanks!

Craftlover10101 03/26/2007 #

Oh that's good news. Maybe she didn't realize how far it was coming from. They don't usually see who the swap partners are or where you are from. Probably unless you say something.

TaraInColorado 03/26/2007 #

Hi guys, I am one of those people that is frustrated about the amount of time the site is down--I have two young kids at home, work full time,do lots of activities and hobbies, and have lots of family and friends. Having a full rich creative life is part of what makes me a cool swap partner--I want to send out thoughtful, cool stuff, and I'm happy to say it seems like I hit the mark (if you look at my feedback, it seems like I'm doing so most of the time) but I often check swap-bot for addresses just as I'm heading out the door in the morning--if I can't get in and get them in 15 minutes, I'm probably not going to be able to check again that day. If this happens to me two or three days in a row, as it has recently, I get behind. I guess I could stop signing up for swaps. I will have to think about that. I don't want to disappoint people with the lateness...but I'm in the camp that I'd rather wait and get something not exactly on time than not have a cool thing. Anyway. I don't mean to get on a soapbox but I just wanted to let you all know where I'm at--and hear your thoughts. I fully intend to fulfill all my swaps, even when I'm freaking late. Conversely, I assume people that rate me a 1 for no sends are also the type who will go back in and rate accurately when they receive things... But I can see how that would be sucky behavior for people who really like to have everything on time. Thoughts?

I personally love how much using swap-bot has taught me about different personality types.

wiccked 03/26/2007 #

that was me, birdbeth, and I usually do wait an extra week before rating to allow for the mail time to australia.

just lately I seem to have been at the wrong end of a lot of no sends, and I'm having mixed feelings about keeping swapping because of it. I haven't received a card from either of my swappers in this swap yet - yours was posted on the last day, and the other person has emailed me to say hers would be sent late because she was sick.

I'm sorry if I upset you, I certainly didn't mean to, and I do know what a shock it is to get a 1 - someone rated me a 1 in another swap, and they did have my card! they rated the wrong person! :|

I always try to let my swappers know when I've received my goodies too - usually in these threads if rating isn't open yet. I ask too, if nobody has mentioned receiving mine - I know mail does go astray, and I would hate to be rated badly because of that.

So, birdbeth, hopefully your card will arrive soon, and I really am sorry I upset you.

Clayshaper 03/28/2007 #

I have had both my postcards 'bounced' back to me, even tho they had the correct names/addresses and postage on them- I am just going to redo them (now they have stupid return to sendert insufficient postage stamps on them- even tho the post office looked at them and said yes, that is a current postcard stamp and is fine... yay for the post office.

I too have had trouble getting to marking items sent when swapbot is down, but since stuff is in the mail, I don't sweat it-

A much bigger problem for me (which is resulting in my quitting swap bot once my current swaps are ended) are people who rate you a 1 even if you have sent- I am ALWAYS willing to resend, and even if something is late, will make sure it is a nice package with the appropriate swaps in it.

I am asking people to petition swap-bot (as I have written in my profile) to allow us to reply to any rating that is less than a five. This would stop the scam I have had happen to me, where someone GOT their package (I used delivery confirmation to be sure) but STILL insisted on a resend. They received BOTH. I could link to that in a reply, so people didn't think I was some deadbeat/flaker/scammer myself... but right now, I have gotten too much BS from people- and I never rate someone poorly unless I genuinely get nothing AND they won't respond to a message or email for more than a month or two. communication is the key- get Swap-bot to allow us to 'explain' low ratings. It's not fair someone can nail you with a 1, and you look bad, when it might not be justified.

I have one person who won't change a 1 they gave me: they think that the 'due date' (to be postmarked/sent by) is the date it must ARRIVE by. Since it didn't arrive by that date, they gave me a 1. When they got the package, they thanked me but felt I still didn't fulfill the swap... people, a 1 is a NO SEND... and boy that looks bad. :( Uncool!!

Craftlover10101 03/28/2007 #

Hi Tara, I rated you a one because when it came time to rate you file said NOT SENT. Now being new here is one thing but I'm not blind either. The swap parnters are to be decided on a specified date but when you sign up for that swap it is prior to that date. The first person who wrote in was on the 5th. I don't know when you signed up for this paticular swap. But you could already have your cards ready with what you want to write on them minus the address and the stamp and of course the persons name. I have 5 ready for another swap and I haven't even been given my partners. I have a very busy life also. I take my kids too and from school, we do homework, we read during the week, dinner every night together as a family, my inlaws live 5 min. away and I am constantly over there helping them or someone else for that matter. I have a very busy lifestyle too. I didn't give you the rating for you to get upset over it but I believe you had ample time to get the card or cards sent by the date it was required by the owner of this swap.

Like I said I am new and am not wanting to start anything with anyone but I will not sign up for something that I can't do. Be it because of my kids, family, time on hand, anything. I guess I am a stickler for rules and always have been. And I've never been one for being tardy. That doesn't mean that someone else can't be tardy, it's me I am talking about. When I joined swap bot those are the rules set when a person starts a swap. That person is doing a lot of work to make the swap up in the first place for all who join to be happy.

Now I also understand people have situations arrise. Which an email can clear up easily. My internet has been a pain for the last month, more than half the time not staying on at all. But finally changed service providers.

I will definately re-rate you when the card arrives. But this is part of the rating process. I can understand that if it said sent by the time we were allowed to rate our partners I would have gladly waited before rating you. But your box said NOT SENT and so I felt it would be what it is and will stay there till differently.

Now everyone wants on the soap box which is fine. But don't ruin it for everyone else because you had ample time to send two cards out and didn't do so and are now complaining that you got a bad rating. That is what the ratings are there for to protect others.

And mishaps like the post office telling the other person they had enough postage but in reality there wasn't, that would p me off with the post office and of course and email explaining that to me would work fine. I feel for ya, that's pretty crappy.

And the other thinking it's supposed to reach her by the end date is a ding dong for not changing your rating. That's just rude!

If you look at my profile it says very honest and blunt, you want the truth you'll get it here. And if you don't like what I have to say that's fine than don't post things making yourself look helpless and too overworked and the person rating you look like a total ............ because this one doesn't sit with me.

You will have to excuse me, I have been very sick and missed all this action that has taken place. This is the 1st time I have hosted a swap and I am a taken aback.

On 3/12 the swap ended... on 3/16 was the deadline (have all postcards postmarked)!! on 3/23 I sent a message saying if you haven't gotten your postcards please don't rate. Allow at least 1 more week to leave 1 ratings.

A week from 3/23 is 3/30 (which is tomorrow). Postcards are coming from overseas and get lost in the mail or stuck to other items. I just asked everyone...Please wait until 3/30 before giving a bad rating PLEASE. Pretty Please...thats all I ask. If it wasn't postmarked by the deadline of 3/16 then fine do what you hacve to do but I all I asked was to wait until 3/23 before giving anykind of bad rating.

I am fairly new to swap-bot and haven't had a 3 rating let alone a 1 rating. I can imagine that it would be hurtful to get a low rating expecially if you did mail your swaps out on or before the deadline. I hope you will take this into account next time you rate your partners. If they haven't marked if they have sent their swap out or not that is a different story, but if they marked SENT...please allow a little more time before you give them a bad rating.

sounds good Brandi- hope you're feeling better. E.

Hope you're feeling better, Brandi. Being sick is no fun. Thanks for hosting the swap. I hope I didn't add to it being more of a chore than you wanted.

Heather, sweetness. It's okay. I never said I was upset with you, nor did I ask for a reprieve. In fact, I said that your comment made me stop to consider that there may be other points of view in the world than mine (such as yours), and I will now try to better take into account that other people may not view how things work the same way I do.

From a "stickler for the rules" standpoint, you are completely "correct". You play by the book and you want other people to play by the book. I can respect that. I appreciate that you are forthright and honest about your opinion. Yet, you notice I am using the word "opinion". Your personal truth and interpretation of "the rules" is not everyone else's. I do not choose to act like you, and that is my prerogative. However, I think it takes all kinds of people to make the world go 'round. I don't want Brandi or Clayshaper or melanie to be concerned about bad ratings and leave, because I think they have important/fun/neat contributions to make to the group. Swap-bot is a flawed system, in which those with truly crappy motives can take advantage of innocents. People can also twist the rules to their own devices and retaliate with a rating. People can get fed up with the system and not rate anyone, too. And, yes, people can also "make themselves look helpless and too overworked and the person rating you look like a total ......" I read a quote somewhere (forgive me for not looking it up at the moment) that said the best way to gain a pleasant reputation is to endeavour to be what you desire to appear. Being "honest and blunt" is a fine and rare quality, and a very useful thing. Waiting for more information about a situation and those involved before becoming upset can also be useful.

What it comes down to (for me) is that I've had more fun and met more creative nice people here than I have had unpleasant encounters and conflicts. So I will continue to act the way I would want to be treated. I respect that other people differ from me and may act accordingly.

Hi Tara, I do agree with you in some aspects of what you have written. Everyone in this world is different and all of us here have to take that into account.

I can see where the quote comes into play with me if I understand it right. Because of the way I appear to other's as being a hard ...., forth right, tell it like it is, blunt what every it may be called I do not have many friends but the friends that I do have understand and know that they will get the truth from me. It is those that I would hope to have as a friend in life that don't want to hear the truth or that it hurts their feelings and can't understand why there are people out there that say things to hurt people. Which is not what I try to do. Far from it. But I won't lie, and I can't stand being lied too.

And as I get older I'll be honest it sucks sometimes because I don't like the fakeness in this world. Now that is in no way sent to anyone here. It is just life in general. And that makes it very hard for me to make friends. So I am sorry if anything I said hurt anyones feelings. But this is me and I really honestly didn't want to give you a 3 I kept trying to make it a 4 but after I investigated in the rating system more the stupid thing doesn't do 4's. I even asked the owner of the swap how to do it and she replied with that's not how it works.

I will promise this, I WILL try to keep my mouth shut.

And I do love the cards!!!!

TaraInColorado 03/30/2007 #

Heather, thanks for taking the time to read and respond so thoughtfully. I completely hear you on not liking fakeness. I honestly wish more people were brave enough to tell it like they see it, like you are. People who play politics, or try to "put a nice face on" and hide their real feelings at all costs do more damage (in my opinion) to relationships in small and large ways, in the short and the long term.

No worries at all on the rating thing, I am completely cool with it.

For what it's worth, I have never been any good at "keeping my mouth shut" (for any meaningful length of time, anyway) either. Another quote (and this one I do remember who said it, lol...Gandhi)"A 'No' uttered from deepest conviction is better and greater than a 'Yes' merely uttered to please, or what is worse, to avoid trouble."

So I hope our paths cross on another swap in the future, and I hope you know you can count me as a friend that very much appreciates knowing exactly where I stand with you.
