This may be handmade, store bought, or repurposed/regifted but should be something nice that you yourself would like to receive and must take your partner's potential allergies and product restrictions in mind. is the theme itself nature?

because i read it as "this swap is international in nature" not " this swap is international with a nature theme" lol

maybe its them same thing but i am not clear and i understand that all full moon swaps are themed...........
