Start 2020 differently with Weekly Journaling prompts as Lists which you will reflect on and then write 1 list for 1 week. At the end of the 5 lists for the 5 weeks in January, send it to your swap partner along with 5 flat items which can be a combination of sender’s choice + swap partner’s likes to make it into a Happy Mail.

List 1 for Week 1: List what makes you Happy right now

List 2 for Week 2: List the routines in your personal life and work

List 3 for Week 3: List the things that you are really good at

List 4 for Week 4: List the things that get you out of your head

List 5 for Week 5: List the best choices you have made in your Life so far

TAKE Action: Take 5 minutes each morning this month to reflect on your list before you start your day. You have so much to take joy in; trust in your inner wisdom.

I am planning to host these weekly lists for 2020 on a monthly basis. Look out for the Feb lists ... :)

How many entries total should there be? 5 total lists? Or 5 lists and then an entry for each day? Or 5 lists and 5 entries?

Just saw this question now. There should be a minimum of 5 Lists. 1 list for 1 week. If anyone wants to write more than that, it is most welcome but the minimum requirement for this is just to write 1 list for 1 week. One can further reflect and share about each list after each week. it is not a requirement but definitely interesting to do so. Or if there are any days that one wants to write more than just the list, it can be done too. Anything more is welcome. Let the mind and heart flow if it is needed and desired :)

That “Taking Action” bit is more of a self reflection. I am sorry if that had caused some confusion. I didn’t mean that it needed to be written down in the swap as a daily thing but more of a personal self reflection but if one wants to share it in the swap, perfectly good too :)

SO sorry for asking so many questions, but does this need to be in a journal? Or can it be on loose papers? Thank you!

No worries about the questions :) it can be on loose sheets or in a journal. Both are fine :)
