If there's one truth I have found, it's that there is comfort in knowing that you're not alone in your struggles. Facebook posts and Instagram posts make people's lives look so 'perfect'--perfect selfies, perfect vacations ... So, let's be real for a minute.
1) Send your partner a postcard of your choosing.
2) On the back, tell them what you're currently struggling with. Depression? Marital problems? Isolation? Finances? Coping with a narcissist? Grieving? Covid fatigue?
3) When you rate your partner, try to reply with an encouraging quote--something that may help to brighten/lighten their perspective.
