What is a paper cluster? Its an embellishment made from 2-5 layers of paper plus ephemera, thats been stapled, sewn or glued to form an embellishment. Size these to fit on an ATC.

Great way to use up your scraps, but add something that gives it that spring flavor. Could be image, verse, etc.

Use text, map, scrap papers, fabric, then add stamped images, button, bead, doilies, lace, postage, feathers, ribbons, coins, really anything. Use your imagination and stash creatively! Just don't make it too bulky for sending
