Description:
The first day of Spring in the Northern Hemisphere is on March 20th. This is open to everyone though! You'll send your partner a Spring-themed note card. Nicely handmade is ok too. Write a short note and enclose a flat surprise. Please decorate the envelope to create fun mail art. You can use washi, rubber stamps, stickers, collage, etc. Use real postage stamps please!
