Technique Flashback #3: Spotlighting

Hello cardmaking friends!

Maybe you're like me, and you've been making cards for several years and have learned so many techniques and styles.

It got me thinking of ones I had learned near the beginning that I haven't done in so long. Why not go back the basics?

Maybe you haven't done these in a long time either... let's make this year about remembering! Or maybe this is your first time doing them.... this is a great time to learn!

I'll be hosting a monthly Technique Flashback challenge. All of these swaps will have a link to a tutorial and will not require much of you. It's all about having fun with simple stamping and bringing back older methods with newer products.

This month we will be doing a simple one: Spotlighting

All you need to do is to stamp an image twice. With the second one, punch it out (or use a die) and color it with markers (or any preferred style), layer it, and then stick it down on top of the first image, thus making it stand out. Did that make sense???
