Poker Hands

-Royal Flush

A, K, Q, J, 10 — all the same suit

-Straight Flush

Five cards in numerical order, all the same suit

Example: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 of hearts

-Four of a Kind

Four cards of the same rank

Example: 4 Queens + any other card

-Full House

Three of one rank + two of another

Example: 3 Kings + 2 Fives

-Flush

Five cards of the same suit, not in order

Example: any 5 spades

-Straight

Five cards in numerical order, mixed suits okay

Example: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7

-Three of a Kind

Three cards of the same rank

Example: 3 Eights + 2 unrelated cards

-Two Pair

Two cards of one rank + two cards of another rank

Example: 2 Jacks + 2 Fours + any card

-One Pair

Two cards of the same rank

Example: 2 Tens + 3 unrelated cards

-High Card

No matching hand—just random cards

Highest card plays (Ace is highest) Example: A, 10, 8, 5, 2

Requirements:

• Send 5 standard-sized playing cards
• Cards should create a recognizable poker hand
• Each card must have a different back design
• Cards should be in good, clean condition
• Include a note identifying the poker hand, swap and user name
