What I Read This Month

I've challenged myself to read 500 books before I turn 50 (three years to go!) and, to help keep myself on track, I'm hosting a "What I Read This Month Swap!" If this goes well, I will make it a monthly swap. For the month of June, keep track of everything you read and send your partner a list of your books along with a short review for each one. Your list can be handwritten on notebook paper, typed up, printed from a reading tracker, or created however you'd like.

One-sentence summary

Favorite moment, character, or idea

Your rating out of 5

Feel free to add anything else you'd like to say about the book—what surprised you, whether you'd recommend it, what made you pick it up, or anything else that comes to mind.

The goal isn't to write a formal review—just to share what you've been reading and maybe help your partner discover their next favorite book!

Last send date is July 6th to give time for people to finish that last book, and time around the holiday to finish their reviews.

Newbies are welcome with a filled-out profile. No unexplained 1s or 3s. Must have logged on within 2 days before the sign-up date.

Currently, this is US only, but if there is interest, I will make an international one.
