Description:

Halloween is my absolute favorite time of year, and I love art soo... HALLOWEEN ATC TIME!

You will have ONE partner, who you will send TWO ATC's, and a small friendly note (or home made Halloween card!) explaining your methods, inspiration, what Halloween is to you, or anything you think is relevant. It doesn't have to be a long note, just one that's nice to read. You should also include in the letter which 3 mediums you used, so there is no confusion when it comes to rating.

The ATC must include 3 different mediums. Pen, watercolor, and fabric are three examples, but you could include any mediums you think would be fun.

Please spend a lot of time on these and make them to the best of your ability. No one likes receiving ugly ATC's. I'm not saying you need to be a great artist, but it is usually very obvious when someone slaps something together at the last minute. Yes, this is a requirement, and you can be rated a 3 for sending really low quality ATC's.

You can use any sort of backing for these, but please make sure its not flimsy paper.

You may send extras you think your partner will enjoy, but keep in mind:

What are hearts and how do I give them?

If someone sends you an extra special swap package that far exceeds the swap requirements, you can give that person a heart. You do not have to give anyone a heart just because you gave them the highest rating. We suggest that you reserve giving hearts to those swappers who you think deserve even more than the highest rating (more than 5 points).

This is a pre-Halloween swap, and meant to be quick. Once you decide you'd like to join the swap, you can start on your ATC's.

Now for the details: You must have been rated for at least 5 snail mail (type 2 or 3) swaps and no recent no sends. I reserve the right to ban anyone I think is flakey or has a bad swapping history. I will be checking profiles thoroughly.

If you have any questions, please send me a PM or post it in the comments section here.

This swap is for the US only, but if you're international and feeling left out, I would not mind one bit if you hosted another swap that has the same description. I'm sure this swap is not my original idea! =]

Happy Swapping!
