Can you explain what a HQ FB is, so that maybe us newbies can join next time? Or can you point me to a place that explains it?

HQ means High Quality, FB means Friendshipbook, have a look at www.fbfun.com or www.sandbook.net. There are good explainations for all the fb stuff....hope it helps!
