Description:

G'day again!

This swap is for those who are just starting their stamp collections, and are looking to fill out their collection books :D

You will send 4 stamps to 2 partners (8 stamps in total... up two from the last swap!) and a small note to tell them about the stamps you have sent them. They do not have to be from your own country.

As mentioned in previous swaps, new American stamps do NOT have to be off-paper due to their adhesive being rather stubborn. If sending these stamps, please ensure they are cut nicely, with no damage to the stamps themselves. For all other off-paper stamps, no damaged ones!

They can be from any time period, any country. Senders choice ultimately. Although, I won't stop you from being considerate and reading the profile of the person you are sending to, then sending based on what they like :D.

Also, when sending the stamps, please use stamps on the envelopes you will send. However, they do not constitute the 4 that you must send inside each envelope.

PLEASE: When sending the stamps, please place them in a protective casing inside the envelope, such as a fold of cardboard or smaller paper envelope. This will save them from damage.

PS: For those who are just starting out and can't really send 8 stamps, PM me. I'm willing to do private swaps with stamps in exchange for some other small groovy thing :D

What a great swap! I literally just started collecting stamps (I feel guilty for throwing so many out before!), so what I can send is limited but I will try my best to send out something suitable for my partners :)

Thanks for joining :D I hope this helps you out, I'll probably make another swap like this in the future.

When you send stamps to your partner can they still be on the paper or do you have to take them off the paper?

TangerineLemons 06/ 9/2010 #

Well, as long as they are neatly cut, it will be ok. If they are able to be soaked off paper, but you send them with the paper on, please leave enough paper around the stamp to ensure that it will be easier to soak off.

Are these new or used stamps?

Please used :) Unless the person's profile says otherwise.
