Description:

This one's a little awkward as it's more targeted.

I know I'm not alone in my love of all things kawaii, but even more than plain cuteness, I love with all my love, cute food. Memos, stationery, erasers, envelopes, stickers...all the good things in life AND food. What could be better?

Swapping them, of course. ^__^

In this swap, you'll send your partner 30 items (flake stickers, memo sheets, phone straps, bento items, etc) of kawaii food goodies.

Usual fine print: swappers in good standing, 4.8 and higher... don't flake or my friend Mr Nailbat will play you a visit. You know, the usual. =D Any questions, feel free to PM me.

Great swap idea. I love kawaii foods too! I would love to join but I'm low on funds right now :( I hope this turns out well for you!!!!!!

I love kawaii food too, but I definitely don't think I can do 30 items, especially if I'm sending them internationally :(

kawaiibuttons 06/11/2010 #

I would like to join as well, but 30 items translates into too much money for me.....

Mesha 06/11/2010 #

30 items - all ranging from $1.50 to $5 ? That's a little too much, indeed.

LinketJewelryDesign 06/12/2010 #

It's 30 items the majority of being inexpensive items. Like memos, stickers, and things of that nature. If you send 15 food sticker flakes 8 memos 4 mini memos, a letter set, a pencil and an eraser, that is 30 items and the total price is pretty online with other kawaii swaps.

I think I can swing 30 items espcialy when my order comes in, count me in!!

LinketJewelryDesign 06/12/2010 #

Again that was an example, not a count of what I will send my partner(; don't worry, I will take care of you.

Mesha 06/12/2010 #

So you're talking about single loose items ? 25 sticker flakes, 10 big loose memos, 10 small loose memos, etc.. ?
Sounds a lot more reasonable, but your wording isn't clear ^^;

Yea the count is definitly loose items, I have worked with the host before, quite sucessfuly infact. I think she would have put Memopads if she ment for it to be expensive but she doesn't tend to ask for full memo pads or anything. I think her offer to lower the count stemed from the thought that others might not have a big enough collection of food items to pull from to reach 30. If you check her other swaps she is hosting, you will see what I mean. I think she figured loose items was a given as it is the standard for so many Kawaii swaps.

Linket is 100% correct. I was thinking this swap could easily fit in your basic envelope with one first class stamp. Flakes and memo sheets are most welcome, I just didn't want to limit the swap if erasers and bento goodies are your thing. Likewise, I have a relax kuma phone strap of a Halloween cookie that would be perfect for this swap as well. I hope that helps clear things up, and if not, PM me. And thanks for all the help Linket!!

Sweet, if no one else signs up I might get a cool cell strap!! I bet now that people have heard you clear it up, there will be more takers. ^_^
