Where's Waldo ATC

In France, he's called Charlie. In Germany, he goes by Walter. He's Willy in Norway, and Wally in Australia, Brazil, and various European countries. He goes by many aliases, but one thing is certain about the mischievous man in the striped sweater: everyone is looking for him.

The theme is Where's Waldo. How you proceed is up to you; you can make your own scene to find Waldo, create a scenario in which Waldo is finally found, or do anything you want as long as our favorite elusive beanie-wearing buddy is involved.

One partner, 4.5 rating minimum. No recent ones or threes, newbies welcome with a filled out profile. Please use something sturdy (cardstock) and put some effort in, don't just slap on some stickers. I will angel if necessary, but please don't flake guys! Other than that, have fun =)
