So for this swap you will have one partner who you will send an envelope stuffed with embellishments, ribbons, paper scraps, brads, stickers or other things that you can use for embellishment of ATC's or scrapbooks or cards. The envelope can be any size you want, But it must be AT LEAST a 4x9 standard business envelope. Must have a 4.8 or better rating No, no sends in the last 3 months no flakers!
