This swap is from The Stampers Sampler. I found it on the Stampington web site. You must make ONE tag for One partner. It MUST include a dress. It can be any dress you want, vintage, modern retro, goth, baroque, etc. This is SENDERS choice. Please take some time to create a nice piece. Embellish away!
