I am a "complete newbie", but have found no interesting or pointful swaps on here that are international yet except this so why can't I join?

If I have an open slot, I will join. Newbie's must have well filled out profiles for some, and some require you have some ratings of higher than 3. They've been having probs with newbies flaking.

I too am still considered a newbie.

@EternallyEmma unfortunetly you can't join as you have no ratings, there is alot of trouble with newbies joining swaps to recive things with no intetion of sending stuff and I'm just trying to protect my swappers. I'm not saying you would be/are a flaker but obviously I have no way of knowing.

Try joining some simple email swap to get your ratings up :) also you'll need to have a fuller profile to join other swaps. You could try doing some private swaps as well.
