Doesn't everything look prettier when it comes in a tin container...I think so. And if you think so too, this is the swap for you.

For this swap, each person will have one partner that s/he will send 3 things that come in a tin to. It can be anything...think candles, tea, candy, lip balm...the list is endless. Last week I bought paris themed labels that came in this very nice tin container. Use your imagination, and try to look for things other than the basic altoid mints :)

I'll set a price limit of $10 dollars...Please don't sign up unless you have good ratings.

Have fun, and let me know if you have any questions.

A couple of weeks ago Target had lipbalm in the slide open tins. I haven't seen these since I was a kid. My big sister had some so I bought one out of nostalgia. Not sure if they still have them there or not.

mommie2angels asked me "Can these things be homemade like decorated candles in a tin or cd tin that is altered for another purpose or dvd tin that holds a pen and notebook as part of the swap?"

The answer is Yes!!! I think that is a great idea. It can be anything...just as long as it ends up in a tin. :)

check you Dollar Stores! I found the cutest candy with matching lipbalm tin and a cookie in a tin a little smaller than a dvd. These are unusual, cute, and inexpensive:) all from Dollar General
