Hello all you kandi kids! Who wants to swap?? You will be sending each of your partners either 3 basic (one to two rounds) bracelets OR one cuff (minimum 5 rounds), and a small rainbow/shiney/sparkly/glowy surprise. (Please do not send glowsticks unless they are packaged in a way that will not crack them in transit! Because how sad would that be?..) Be nice, respect the PLUR! I will angel if need be, but that won't be necessary, right? (^.^) Newbies welcome with a well-filled out profile.
