A quick and easy swap of your favorite, inspiring artist.

Dead or alive artist.

Famous or not famous artist.

  1. Send one postcard to two partners. Store bought OR handmade postcards of the artist's art work.

  2. If you can't find a postcard of your fav. artist, you can create your own style art postcards, like a collage of your favorite artist. International and U.S.A. !!

3.No ad postcards and that includes not to advertise art shows. The theme is Who IS YOUR FAVORITE ARTIST.

  1. Please write legible on the postcards. No postcards or handmade postcards on music bands, or actors in this swap. Next time I will.

  2. Add on the card why you choose that artist? The artist can be any kind of artist- photographer, mixed media artist, glass maker, clay maker, painter, etc. From Realism, modern, whimsical, fantasy or any style or any time period artists.

What if your fav artist doesn't have commercial postcards? Can we create them crediting the artist?

Yes, you can create like a collage of your favorite artist onto a postcard.

Sorry but I will have to say "no advertising any art shows from any artists." The reason why is because I don't want the swap to be "advertising," anything. The theme is who is your favorite artist. Just a suggestion what I do sometimes is to cover the info. of the ad with card stock paper. Or cut and paste onto card paper. If you like create your own postcards into a collage or your computer. If you do use something off of the computer images of an artist's work. Please credit the artist with their name.

After the 21 of January since Monday is a holiday if you haven't received your art postcards please let me know and I will send you a few. I know it's not fun not receiving your swap. Cheers! Stephanie (solarts)
