Hi, I'm a newbie here who just rekindled her passion for vintage journaling so please bear with me that I don't have ratings and reviews yet.

I'm an expat living in Jakarta, Indonesia but I'm originally from Manila. I've lived in 3 countries and consider myself a third culture person already. I speak three languages fluently, aside from my local language: English, Spanish and Bahasa Indonesia.

I love traveling but I had to stay put because of covid. I love enjoying my food and wine. I collect postcards, papers and different mementos from my trips and this is one of my favourite collections. I write my thoughts as a way to de-stress and I have A LOT of journals, with vintage and leather journals as preference. I'm starting to do vintage collages for composition as a creative outlet outside of work.

In terms of journaling, my preference is vintage theme and junk journal. I love ephemera and I'm quite excited to receive handmade ephemera: tags, stickers, clusters and other paper projects.

In terms of designs, I don't mind botanicals (plants, butterflies, bees, trees, etc.), cats or other animals, faeries, oriental design, old newspapers, buttons, ribbons, laces.

My favorite colors: red (maroon and darker hues), purple, hues of green and tosca.

I'm a Cat Momma, a crystal hunter collector and a wellness enthusiast. I do yoga and I work out almost everyday to de-stress.

I have tons because I LOVE reading books. In terms of self-help: Tim Ferriss' The 4-Hour Work Week, Mark Manson's The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck and Simon Sinek's books.

For fiction, I am a fan of Nicky Pellegrino as she sets her novels in Italy (one of my favourite countries), Paulo Coelho's books, Neil Gaiman and Nick Bantock because his books have amazing illustrations.

Oh, I very much love Dystopian books from George Orwell's Animal Farm, Marie Lu's books, The Hunger Games Series, The Maze Runner Series, etc. I will read anything Dystopian.

Jazz, lounge music, R&B, some modern pop. It all depends on my mood and what I'm doing.

When I am in a journaling mood, I play coffee jazz music. Fly Me to the Moon and City of Stars are definitely on the loop!

When working out though, I tend to gravitate towards hiphop and RnB: late '90s to early 2000s.
