I hope you are having a wonderful christmas time! You are my partner in the group swap "double happy/ness". It seems we have quite a few things incommon, now reading your profile here :) I love pinups too, and the 50's fashion in general. I have a thing for the 50's gangster style on men too. I find the hats, the jackets, the suspenders and cigars very charming :)

I am actually working on this big wall collage piece, with my favourite pinup and gangster images, its all vintage cutouts and some prints too.. Can't wait to get it on my wall :)

I will pop a little surprise on the post for you, and it will arrive sometime next week i would imagine now with all the bank holidays in between!

Thank you for the profile note. :) I love the word "gooseberry", it sounds fun and silly to me. My mother, grandmother and I used to go wild gooseberry picking when I'd visit my grandparents in Arkansas. Grandma would make the most delicious gooseberry cobblers (kind of like pies.) The green ones are tart, so a lot of sugar was needed...I've heard that the red ones are sweeter, but we always had the little tart green ones.
