About Me

Hi, my name is Heidi and I live in a small country town in Connecticut. I am married to my best friend and have three wonderful children 19,17, and 14. I enjoy many crafts: knitting, crocheting, acrylics, water colors, sewing, paper, jewelry making, etc. (to many to list) I have recently become interested and intrigued in recycled crafts.

I have gone back to school and am currently a Junior at Central Connecticut State University, where I am working on my bachelor degree in Secondary Education focusing in Geology.

My oldest son is currently in the Army in 82nd Airborn Division. He is currently deployed to Afganistan and I am patientiently waiting and praying for his return home. My middle son is currently thinking of joining the Airforce after High School. My daughter has promised me no military for her at this point and is quite the artist herself.

I stumbled upon this site after my sister spoke of it and gave it rave reviews. I am looking to possible start a few friendships and look forward to spreading some joy through the use of my mailbox.

Comment: I really don't like to give anyone a rating of "1" but as it has been over a month and a half and the participant's listing says not sent, I have to assume that my cat must go without. If I do receive anything, I'll most certainly re-rate you.
