I'm currently a stay-at-home mum with two little boys, who are 3 and 4½ years old. Day-to-day life involves a great deal of washing, cleaning, cooking and crowd control. I also volunteer as a kindergarten treasurer and get sit on very small chairs. When I find some quiet time I enjoy writing for my blog, sewing, crocheting, drawing, cooking and photographing sunsets.

I have been sewing for about 18 months. I love making garments, bags, accessories and homewares. I make a lot of things for my two little boys and sew garments for myself.

I would love to learn how to quilt and am beginning to learn to crochet. I also like drawing and use a bit of watercolour pencil. I have recently tried Gocco printing which is a lot of fun.

I really like red and purple. I don't have any particular colour dislikes and am fond of brights and pastels.
