Thank you for the AN: M-A-Y WTA resend! I think the mushroom&birds notecard is my fave but I do plan on baking a Dutch apple pie for my mother-in-law's birthday this weekend! Using golden rennets freshly picked from our allotment. Rennets are really the ONLY apples for making an excellent pie or crumble :-)
