About Me

I am a full-time mom of two and I love crafting all kinds of fun things with an emphasis on sewing/quilting and paper (letterpress, collage, tag art).

I've recently joined a modern quilt guild and am enjoying working on my various projects in between changing diapers and scouring thrift stores for vintage sheets to work into a quilt.

I have a wonderful husband a two active kiddos. My son is four and loves all things dinosaur. My daughter is 2 and a half and her favorite color is orange. We live a relatively quiet life and enjoy spending time together.

Response: Well, I'm sure it's always a little bit risky to take on a freshly minted newbie. When you ended up being one of my partners I wanted to be sure to do something special to say "thanks". But I LOVE the idea of a fabric fairy leaving little parcels of fabric joy!

Response: Thanks! The learning curve was steep and next time I think I'd try some embellishment with beads/ribbon but I was pleased with this first stab. And I'm with you on the Alexander Henry. In fact, I think I have the Spotted Owls in three different colorways! Total fabric dork/junkie. Thank you for your kind comments!
