Comment: Package never received, this was especially disappointing because this swap was for my children and they were waiting for the mail every day (they still are) and never received from my other partner as well (so they never received anything). I will be happy to rerate if I receive a package at some point, but as of yet have not received a response. If something happened I understand but could you please email me with an explanation? Thank you.
