Hello there! You posted on the "Kawaii Doll ATC" asking what an ATC was, so I posted this for you, since it wasn't a stupid question at all!
ATC stands for Artist Trading Card, which you can make from card stock, heavy card and are the exact dimensions of a play card: 2.5"x3.5".
ATCs are made to be traded, never sold and are one of a kind and can be hand drawn, painted, stamped- really any method that you find works for you and isn't simply a sticker on scrap-booking paper, they have to be artistic, creative.
