About Me

I was raised and currently live in Southeast Florida, only a couple of miles from the coast. Most people I have met in life envy this fact and I have to laugh to myself because I am truly a mountain girl at heart. I do love the ocean, certainly, but I guess we all want what we don't have on some level or another.

Let's see, a few things....

I love history, especially historical architecture. I travel as often as possible, prefer off the beaten path places, being from Florida you can imagine have seen enough tourist spots to last me a lifetime. I try to visit the Smoky Mountains as often as possible - not too much of a hike from here so it makes for easy get aways - I think they are simply magical!!

Favorite Music

I listen to everything from classical to country and everything in between so I don't really have a favorite genre of music, I appreciate it all, well with the exception of the Rap music that is being put out currently, so violent and hateful, nothing like the Rap I remember as a kid.

Favorite Books

I am a lover of books and knowledge and pride myself on being an avid reader. I enjoy both fiction and non fiction. My reading preference is similar to my music preference, that is I read all sorts of stuff though I will say Romance novels are not really my thing, which is VERY interesting because I am a hopeless romantic!!

I am a pretty easy person to please and I am grateful for your time and certainly anything you send me.
