My example below didn't work to well because an astrick on each side of a word or phrase makes it italic, two astricks on each side of a word or phrase makes it bold
To add a picture type this with out any spaces:
! [Your Text] (url of picture)
so this

To make a list type an astrick [shift + 8] a space and the list item, then press enter and do the same thing for the next item
so this without the underscore *_one *_two *_three
Becomes this:
