Melissa is a wonderful person who deserves to have her 1 ratings adjusted. In my opinion she should be brought back up to a 5.0 overall standing. Not only did she contact me and make up the swap she owed me along with sending some amazing extra goodies but she also angeled a swap that I was flaked on by another swapper. She is trying hard to fix her situation and I am beyond happy to have changed her rating not only to a 5 but also with a heart.
