I remember now... it's because you are sending to me for the lyrics bookmark swap. Sometimes I see who is sending to me because I wonder how much we have in common. Is that bad?
Rhubarb and custard is from the UK. I've never had it but I love all things rhubarb so it is on the top of my list of things to try. I have a friend who has been saying the past year they are going to send me a parcel but they still haven't so I doubt I will ever get it. I know they bought stuff months ago. They did say something about sweets so I was hoping. And I really wanted the Manchester United tshirt they promised. But not why you would think :). And I know they bought me a fairy. I wonder if they gave it to someone else? Well things are kind of not going well for them right now, or ever for that matter. And postage is ridiculous. I keep sending to people in the UK here but no one ever seems to get me. I've kind of pulled off swapping on here for awhile so who knows if I will ever get any.
That was a lot. When I get on a keyboard things just flow out. In person I'm quiet and barely say anything. Plus it's 1am and well I'm less inhibited late at night lol
ps on the buying a house thing... a couple months ago I was thinking if I just put up a notice to send me a $1 I could get a house. What would be wrong with that? If so many people on the net just sent me $1 I could buy my dream house lol You want a $1?
Well I better email my mom about the recipes. She isn't on often because of her work schedule. Today would probably be best because I think she usually checks on Sundays to do family stuff.

Oh just saw the wishlist abt Turkey. I'll have to ask my mom or dad. I don't know if I have a cookbook but I think my mom probably still has recipes. No... not Turkish...Dad was stationed there in early 70s.

hate to announce this on my first swap, but my computer has to be serviced (virus). I had everything ready to burn too :(. So I'm dragging my cds to someone elses house to make the cd as promised. I'll make it worthwhile. I'm so sorry about this.

I do frequent Cavehill when I have the time. I have taken some rather good black and white pictures there on a couple of occasions. The most recent roll of film I took there was ruined when the camera got wet. Anyway, I don't frequent Ear-Xtacy as I don't have a CD player, I use an I-pod so I don't really go there for anything.
