Hi, I am one of your partners for the read and comment on your profile swap. We seem to have the same interest in music, especaily the Disco. i am addicted to Itunes the radio secrion they have over 1000 thousand internet radio stations to chose from but I always go to my 70's and 80's genre. I think collecting of glass is very interesting, it sounds like a great hobby. Do you find many pieces at estate sales? Take Care Jackie jcm716

Hi, I'm one of your partners for the Read and Comment swap. I see that you lead a very interesting life and love to travel. I would love to be able to travel also. Was it fascinating to live in Africa? I would love to visit, not so sure about living there.

Also, like you I have a love of the action movies and love to read. Have you ever read any Stephen King or Dean Koontz? They are among my favorites of all time. Of course I like any author with the same writing styles.

I hope you get to travel to your hearts content and wish you all the joy you deserve! Take care :)

HAHAHAHA In your first paragraph you said you collect all types of glass but the first time I read it I thought it said grass I was like WOW who collects grass and what would you do with it? LOL Anyways...A CEO for a library system huh? that must be really fun(atleast to some extent) what sort of things are you required to do? How did you get that job? I would love to own a book store one day...not quite the same thing butstill very neat.

Oh and BTW there is nothing wrong with being stuck in the 70's when it comes to music. My mom has taught me that some of the best music has come out of the 70's I am a total beatles fan!! OH MY! You and my mom would get along she is the biggest James Taylor fan I have ever met in my life LOL

Well anyways I enjoyed reading your profile. Feel free to keep in touch and happy swapping -Amanda Renee

Hi! thanks for the movie recommendation! And no, English isn't my motherlanguage ^^ it isn't even spoken in Belgium but we do got it in school. whoa, you lived in Africa? I'd love to go there someday!

Hi! I'm one of your Read and Comment on Your Partner's profile Partners. This is my first swap, as I'm brand new to swap bot.

I see that you are also fairly new here, and it looks like you've jumped right in with both feet! You're a library CEO? That's fabulous. I spend quite a bit of time in my local libraries, and don't know how I'd afford my reading, craft book, and audio book habits without them! I also am a baby boomer, born in the last year of the baby boom. What's funny is that my mother is also a boomer, and was born in the first year of it!~ She had me at 18, so we're in the same generation, but we couldn't be more different.

I love to craft, right now I'm in a crochet phase, and love making and sharing my original amigurumis. I crochet a lot of other things, too. I also paint, quilt, and dabble in jewelry making and other crafts. I want to learn metal-working and stained glass making one day (perhaps when I retire in four years).

It's fascinating that you got to live in Africa for a while. I've lived abroad as well, in Heidelberg, Germany and Harrogate, England and Paris, France. I loved living in Europe and really miss it. I haven't had much of a chance to travel in the past decade, as I've been concentrating on my career (law enforcement).

I have a daughter in college, and a son finishing up high school. So I'm almost done! Whew, what a journey raising them alone was.

I have a much younger boyfriend for the past year, and that's going really well. I never dated a younger man before now, and I was really missing out! I love the energy and how he's still not so set in his ways as men my age seem to often be!

I have a beloved labrador also, who's been with me for 11 years. She's just about my best friend and so far, very healthy. I take careful care of her.

I'm so happy to have met you and hope we one day have a swap together! Keep in touch if you have the chance!

Love from, Amigirl

Wow, that honey glazed pumpkin bread recipe is sooooo going to replace my pumpkin scones treat I love making. Big thank you :)

Thank you very much for the good wishes and the welcome. I think this is going to be fun. Although this is online social networking, I like this concept as it reminds me of the old-fashioned penpals that we all had when I was young.

I believe that everyday above ground's a pretty good day, so I look forward to having great weeks. I hope you do as well. cheers. d.b.
