I like almost anything you like too! I am very big into Freecycling, I do it several times a week. I love it big time!!
I am really interegued that you are learning those cool old languages. I'd love to learn Latin, but I am currently focussing on learning Portuguese (I take weekly classes), improving my English and French.
Because of mental & fysic ilnesses, I wasn't really able to go to school (had to quit at age of 13) so my French & English aren't really good. I learned it mostly by myself (also through videogames, movies, tv, music,...)
I really love languages though!!
Congratulations on being able to work while having not such a great health. I suffer from a lot of illnesses too and unfortunately it's impossible for me to work. I do a volunteer job in a psychiatric hospital though. I really love it and I can do it on my own pace.

The weather has been insanely cold here, so all I can do is sit inside and day dream of Spring!

Nice to "meet" you in such a manner :) You sound like a very interesting person (I mean that in a good way - interesting is good!!), and I just might accept your challenge of friending you on Facebook ;) I think we have some things in common... if you bend your mind around things a bit. But it's there! Most prominently - I studied psychology in school and have 2 degrees in it, but currently work in photography.
Also... penguins. Penguins are adorable! But I'm not sure anyone loves them quite as much as my fiance. He becomes like a small child when we go visit them at the Aquarium. It's entertaining. Well, for me.
I wanted to find you a pic of a penguin flying a kite, but there weren't any good ones... so a penguin kite will have to do!
Although I really like this one as well. It's like... penguin apocalypse or something!
