Hey, here's a beaded bead tutorial. Scroll the the bottom and work your way up (or the first one is about half way down the page.) Some of them are really beautiful.
You are fine with the WTA for TPD. If you don't win, the send by date isn't until 20 February, so you are in good shape. (But who knows, perhaps you will win LOL)
