So glad you liked the eggs--I was afraid they might be too simple, but they were really fun to make--not my usual themes. My best friend is a math and engineering teacher, so I'm always doing math/science stuff for her! :) I got a lot of the images out of a cool vintage kids encyclopedia.
I haven't made a cuff yet. When I received the bark I was in the midst of a depressive episode (damn bipolar disorder) and it got put to the side. During the two days I slept during that episode, I had dreams about the bark. I kept microwaving it in my dream. Weird stuff, I know. lol
Hello G! How are you doing? I hope all is well in your side. Like you, it's a good thing to know that you upcycle. I pretty do much the same thing. It saves the environment, and somehow I feel like achieving something.
One thing that I also want to learn is to make amigurumis like this. You mentioned that you're learning right? If you found any good sites to learn, drop me a line, and I will surely appreciate it.

While reading through your profile I noticed that there was something different about it, it wasn't a typical swap-bot user's page... I thought about it for a few minutes, then re-read it all again. That's when it hit me, your page isn't all "fluff". You seem more easy-going, down-to-earth, real. :)
I also loved what you said about never meeting a Sharpie that you didn't like. So true of me as well. I draw on everything with Sharpies. Packages. Letters. Scraps of paper. People. Pets. Ok ok, not the pets thing, but everything else...lol
