About Me

I'm a senior environmental studies major at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. I'm also a teaching assistant for a genetics lab, and am doing research on human herpesvirus 8 (HHV-8). I love traveling, but the only country I've been to when I was old enough to remember is Germany. I also love chocolate, coffee, and cooking.

Comment: LOVE the groovy San Francisco card, Maxine--thanks much! You totally took me back to 1968 when I first visited there on a family vacation road trip. At 8 years old, the things that stuck in my memory about the city were the Golden Gate Bridge, Cable Cars, and the look on my Dad's face as we drove thru Haight Ashbury!
