About Me

I am an Australian, aged 50, married and have one fabulous daughter. I am a positive person who rarely stops smiling and love having fun with friends. I currently a passionate quilter but love all things craft. I work full time , I am a nurse, and I find it hard to find enough time to be creative and experiment with all my boxes of 'fiddly bits'. Love the idea of these little projects. I am addicted to chocolate and love cheesecake.

Favorite Music

I like listening to a wide variety of music, depending on my mood - pop and cheezy music for the housework, jazz on Sundays, classical if I'm feeling moody. I love to see live music performed and wish I could play the guitar.

Favorite Books

I read like crazy, 2 or 3 books a week. I dont have a favorite book, I have loved so many but I tend to prefer historical fiction, always with strong female characters and a bit of romance.

Favorite Crafts

Over the years I have tried all sorts of crafts but my real passion is fabric and textile craft and I keep coming back to that. I like embellishing with beads, buttons and anything shiney.
