I would rate this user a 1 because sadly I did not receive anything from her in the swap where she was my partner (Over the Rainbow Whimsy Jar), but I waited too long to make this rating. I'm new to Swap-bot and this is the first time I have ever been flaked on, and needed to rate anything less than a 5, and I didn't want to jump the gun, so I emailed Nicole and asked her to at least let me know if she was still participating. It's been 2 weeks and no response so I'm leaving a 1, even though it doesn't look like I can't technically do so. It looks like this person has abandonded her account. Sad... she had really good ratings until she seemingly disapeared. Sorry Nicolefive.
