I feel kind of silly sometimes because you either have to be a twihard - or despise it. I can appreciate that its poorly written and that the Edward/Bella relationship seems completely baseless (and he's a big whiner!). I also liked Lovely Bones and Farenheit 451. I am keen to read the Picture of Dorian Gray too. I am also a big Dark Angel fan and Juno is one of my all time favourites (partly because I was pregnant when I first saw it - but mostly because its awesome!!). I can't say I appreciate your taste in music (except for the Monkees!!), but hey, I mostly listen to the Wiggles these days anyway :). Oh, and frogs and turtles are some of my all time favourite animals too. Plus, we are the same age, so it was very fun to read your profile, since we have so much in common. :))

I promise. :) I love some reading too and also I hate profanity and I HATE tea. No joke, and here in Texas iced tea is close to Godliness. No lies. It's cool, though. I like juice. I haven't actually read it yet - it's on my shelf. But I love Joseph Andrews and enjoyed Shamela, and I've heard Tom Jones is even better! Can't wait to get to it!
Just perusing and saw that one of your favorite books is Tom Jones - it's not often that I find someone else who likes Henry Fielding (or has even heard of him) so I HAD to make mention!
Glad you liked the Ben & Jerry's letter. I forgot the other punchline which was our friend walking around for the rest of the year sighing wryly-- "I slept in Jerry's bed...". Nothing like ice cream fame!
Thank you so much for the lovely letter about your experience watching The Wizard of Oz in the theaters... there's a theater (a real theater) in Boston where my father brought my older brother and me to go see Ben Hur when we were kids... there's something so special about seeing old classics on the big screen! (and btw - your boyfriend sounds super sweet!)
