About Me

I love to bead, craft, dabble in just about anything. I'm one of those people that start projects, and then start more projects...lol. I'm doing my best to finish those projects that I start, before starting new ones. I would really love to learn how to crochet, I make a mean crochet chain...lol. I'm a lefty, so I'm one of those few unique individuals who would rather be left than be right...lol. I'm currently into anything and everything that has to do with felt...

Favorite Music

I'm mostly into Country, but I also like Christian music...as long as it has a good beat to it. I'm not one for heavy metal or rock or rap...But if it's got a good beat and a steady rhythm, I like it.

Favorite Books

I love anything by Jude Deveraux, Nora Roberts, and Julie Garwood. I'm mostly into romance novels, and I love novels that are set in Scotland or period novels. My favorite book is The Secret Garden. I do admit that I am a huge fan of the Harry Potter series, and I am also into Twilight...although I'm not a diehard OMG type of fan. I also like some vampire novels, as well as the Chronicles of Narnia series, and Percy Jackson series.

Favorite Movies

My all-time favorite movie is The Breakfast Club, and also The Princess Bride. I love Up Close and Personal. I like Corpse Bride and The Nightmare Before Christmas by Tim Burton, although I don't care for his Alice in Wonderland or Edward Scissorhands.

Favorite Television

I love Bones, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Charmed, Angel, Sliders, NCIS, Grey's Anatomy, Royal Pains. I love watching Nascar.

Comment: I contacted her on Nov. 1, three days after the swap was over, to let her know it hadn't been sent. She told me that she would send it that day. She then said that it had been shipped Nov. 2 but the package was postmarked for Nov. 8. I at least did get something. I felt bad because it was the first swap that I coordinated and this happened. I hope she doesn't do this to anyone else.

Comment: I honestly don't know how to rate you. This swap started 10/2, ended 10/13. On 10/26 I finally received an obviously copied and pasted PM. You indicated the yarn would mailed on Friday. You recorded your status that it was mailed the following Wednesday, 11/2, but in actuality you didn't mail it until 11/8. You certainly did not even come close to meeting the posted swap requirements. I don't believe that you deserve a 3 but because I did finally receive the yarn, I will give it to you.

I would suggest that since August 6th has passed, you delete your message regarding sending out late. As the coordinator of a group you are requesting to be a part of, it doesnt look good. Since you have had a little trouble and you've only done 10 swaps, I would like to consider your request to join our group at a later date. Please, when you get to 30 swaps with out any more late sends re submit your request. it will mean that your rating will be higher. thanks PS, I really hope that you will get back in touch with us when you reach 30 swaps.
