Hi Sarah... We were in a swap together - Show Me Your Christmas Tree (email) swap. But I still haven't received yours. Maybe it got lost? Can you try to re-send it? Thanks!

TurtleLove on Jan 4, 2011:

Thanks for the tips on the photos! I have been able to get them to work, and have been able to help others who are now asking me! lol

I saw your message on my wall (or whatever it is called on this site) and it is totally ok. Because this was my first swap I wasn't sure how to rate the swap but I felt the answers were really humorous and worthy of a 5. Besides I did read your profile and already knew you were in nsg. school and expecting...on top of it being the holiday season. Please when you get a moment just take a moment to rate me so they don't think I didn't do it. Oh ....it is killing me...I have photos on my profile but can't figure out how you did them side by side...or three side by side! Do tell! Merry Christmas!

Yay, what an exciting way to finish the year - finding out boy or girl!! We found out, too. And let me warn you - I would have bet all my money on the fact that it was a girl. I had such strong girl vibes... but nope! All boy. I was almost in shock the first few days, because I felt like it wasn't my baby, I knew I had a girl in me... lol But after that few days, I totally loved the idea of a boy. And yup, he sure was a boy when he was born! haha

Well, you'll have to let me know when you find out! And May is a good time for a birthday... I was born in May! ;)

And huge bummer about the 3. But at least it's not a 1, and you did explain what happened in your response. To me, something getting mailed a tad late isn't nearly as bad as NOT sending, kwim? And it wasn't even your fault that your mom didn't take them to the post office when you thought she would. :( Hopefully you can figure out a way to resolve it with the person.

Hi again! It was nice to see a reply. I totally understand how it is with college classes and finals... I do not miss that one bit!

Yeah, we also used sposies for the first few days so we could adjust to all the newness of a new baby without adding an extra laundry (besides that load we seemed to be doing every day of just spit-up covered clothes, lol!)

And yes, I am very excited for my son's first Christmas. He is fascinated with the lights and the ornaments on the tree. I can't wait to show him how to open presents!

I don't know if you said somewhere when you were due - so when are you due? Do you know yet if you're having a boy or girl?

Hope to hear from you soon, Selina

Hello...I have not yet received your 50 questions about Christmas email? Thanks

Sillyna511 on Dec 7, 2010:

I figured I repond over here now, lol...Anyway, we love love love our Fuzzibunz. I'm not a huge fan of the bumgenius, but a lot of people love them. I do however have the 2.0 one-size, with the hook & loop that got nasty fast. Apparently the 4.0 are much nicer hook & loop - and have a snap version too. I've found I'm more into snaps on my diapers. Have you given any thought to what you'll use in the first few weeks/months until your baby is big enough to fit the OS diapers? (because usually they don't start fitting great until around 10 lbs) We used prefolds & covers, and although they may seem more complicated than the pockets, its quick to figure out, and they truly do give you the best fit on a newborn. With a Snappi you don't need to bother with pins, and my fav covers are the Thirsties Duo Wraps - not a OS, but 2 sizes birth to potty.

WOW, so many photos on your profile. I do not even know how to post a single one. Guess I have to ask you sometimes how to do this. Wanderlust?! What an interesting (German-) English word! I also love to travel, have also been to the US twice but not to the northwest. I have also been to the site 'postsecrets' before and love it - it is so interesting to read about all theses things, and the cards are so creative. Have you ever sent a card there? Have fun swapping! Annett
